The fourth cheat sheet (the black one) is not MySQL for beginners but rather a list of ways of getting your SQL injection past filters and figuring out what's happening in MySQL without being able to see the results.
It's all very clever and I have certainly bookmarked it but it's not much good for someone who just can't remember the syntax for an UPDATE statement.
I would call it an SQL injection cheat sheet.
