This is an on-location omni-directional binaural field recording from the bank of the Deerfield River in Massachusetts. Stereo headphones are preferred for a full three-dimensional audio image in 360-degree surround sound. You can listen with speakers, but that'd be like watching a 3-D movie without the glasses.
