Banned from the Bible is a documentary that tells the stories of the ancient books that have been prohibited from becoming part of Bible canon. The scholarly term for this is Apocrypha. This documentary originally aired on the History Channel as Time Machine: Banned from the Bible in 2003. Duration: 1:30:00
This video does not cater to atheists nor Christians. It is a neutral documentary on the Bible and the scriptures that were left out. Both atheists and Christians may gain further understanding of Christianity from a historic perspective by watching this documentary.
If your interested in reading some of these scriptures that were left out, check out the book called The Other Bible. It is a 770 page compilation of ancient scriptures that were left out of the bible - including the ones mentioned in this documentary. It doesn't matter if your religious or not, if you have any reason to understand religion fully, this is a book you should have.
